I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and very well-kept, offering twice the space, a balcony, and even robes for the pool. The 3rd floor was a serene oasis without kids around. Checking their online calendar for room rates is a must for the best deals. Don't bother calling; there are no discounts, not even for returning guests on meals. The lobby walk was great, and everything appeared pretty clean.

The service was outstanding. Despite the initial absence of cookies, the staff went above and beyond by providing a voucher for when the cookies were ready again. They were always friendly and ready to make my stay the best possible. Special thanks to Meredith and her team for their exceptional service. The location was simply delightful. Nestled in the heart of Ronks/Lancaster amidst Rte 30 & Rte 696 and Strasburg, PA, it was a quick drive to Blue Bell and only 15-20 minutes away from Intercourse. The scenic beauty and the 'duck pond' added charm, and there were fine dining options aplenty in the area. A tranquil spot reminiscent of a bygone era by the river.

The facilities were excellent, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was well-kept, inviting guests to relax and unwind, and the overall atmosphere was pleasing. I felt like I had all I needed away from home in Lancaster.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, although some could use a bit of furniture upgrade. The staff, led by Meredith, was always welcoming and attentive. The location in the heart of Amish Country was convenient for exploring the area. On the downside, the outdated carpet and uncomfortable bedding took away from the room experience. However, the hotel offered a pleasant dining experience and had some intriguing facilities to enjoy during the stay.
